Seaton is one of the largest master-planned communities in Canada, and most of it isn't built yet. Explore what's open, what's under construction, and what's still proposed — on a real map you can zoom, pan, and switch to satellite.
Nine builders are active across Seaton, and several communities are joint ventures between three to five builders sharing one master plan — so the home next door may carry a different builder's warranty than yours. Filter to "Builder communities" on the map to see where each one is. Deposit structures differ enormously between builders, and they're set per release — we'll walk you through the actual schedule before you sign anything.

Many of the future and designated sites have been positioned or corrected on the ground by Team Rajpal; the remainder are placed at the corner or block the City describes and are approximate. Designated school sites are lands reserved on the City's map — final confirmation depends on the school boards and Ministry of Education funding, and a school may be built years after homes are occupied, or may not proceed.
